Securely snap pods onto electrodes.

Place your 2” x 2” electrode pads on either side of your spine on your lower back. Place one set of 2” x 2” pads just above the buttocks, then place the other set of 2” x 2” pads a couple inches above that. Be sure not to place pads on the spine, as that may cause serious discomfort.
