The Promise:

You have 30 calendar days to return your item(s) from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s). Please read the following information regarding our Return Policy.

Returned item(s) must:

  1. You must be issued an RMA number by PlayMakar Inc. Please call 833-752-9625 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. Your item(s) must be received no later than 10 calendar days after the RMA has been issued.

Note: Your item(s) must arrive back to our office on or before the end of the 30th day after the original date of purchase. If the 30th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, your 30th day will be the next normal business day.

Note: All orders received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.

  1. Your device and package contents must be in the same condition you received it in. Refunds will be issued after all items have been deemed eligible by our Returns Department.
  1. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Failure to provide original packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% for eligible product(s) returned.
  1. All shipment costs incurred to return product is not covered by PlayMakar Inc. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange orders.

Consumable Items:

Consumable items like electrode pads and other accessories are not eligible for refunds because items like these are only to be used by one person for hygienic purposes. All consumable items returned will be discarded immediately and a refund for the consumable items will not be issued. For further assistance with eligibility for returns, please call our Consumer Sales & Support Department at 833-752-9625.

Dollar Pad Club Items:

Shipped orders will not be eligible for a refund unless approved by our company. Dollar Pad Club subscriptions must be canceled at least two business days prior to the next shipment. Note: Dollar Pad Club orders may be eligible for a refund in the case the device(s) were returned to PlayMakar for a refund (must meet eligibility requirements) before Dollar Pad Club subscription was shipped, but the Dollar Pad Club subscription was not cancelled.

Issuing Refund: Once delivered, please allow up to two business days for your item(s) to be processed and a refund be issued to you. Please note, once a refund has been issued, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.

Exchanged Items: In the event you return your order for a different model device or product, you will be required to pay the difference in price (if applicable) and all shipping fees (return shipment, new shipment, ect). The new device you receive will not be returnable but will still be covered under warranty from the date of purchase from your original order.

Best invention for your joints!

I purchased the Kineon redlight device to help with a shoulder injury that resulted in a tear. While I have a full-body redlight lamp and was familiar with the general benefits of redlight therapy, I wanted something more targeted to avoid surgery. The Kineon device has been perfect for this. It delivers precise, focused light to the areas I need it most, and since using it, I’ve seen drastic improvement in my shoulder.In addition to my shoulder, I’ve started using it on my knees and ankles, and I’ve noticed similar benefits there too. Very well made

Received this about a week ago. Very well made. Comes with a very cool case and a higher end power cord. Been using for a few days. Very comfortable. Battery charge has held so I have not had to recharge yet. Certainly have not been any negative side effects. Have used for some inflammation and pain in my knee. Seems to help. Anxious to see long term benefits and if scar tissue that had grown into my bicep tendon eventually breaks down over time.

Wow!!!! What a blessing.

Ok,I was not sure about this product or if it would be effective for me. I have two torn rotator cuffs and several other injuries. My sore shoulders cause me issues sleeping. I have tried everything and nothing has worked. I finally pulled the pin and bought the Kineon with hopes it might help a little. Well for me, the benefits kicked in on day one! I slept well for the first night in I don’t know how long as I had no (or very little) shoulder pain after use. While I realize this will not heal my issues, it absolutely is relieving the pain I have lived with for years. The Kineon is worth EVERY PENNY.Don’t be like me… don’t wait. Get yours now and start living without the pain. I am very glad I finally purchased the Kineon. My only regret is that I did not purchase it sooner!

Very High Quality

Long distance runner, heard about this on Ben Greenfield Fitness Podcast, bought it for recovery, especially for the bottom of my feet and knees. To start off its very high quality and doesn't feel cheap. The bands don't feel cheap like others are saying. Pressing only one button on a single pod to turn on all three is convenient also. It seems to actually work and my feet don't throb and ache after multiple sessions. Red light therapy works. I have a Joov light also and it works. This is more portable which is great. My only complaint is for the price it should that extended strap that is sold separately.

Works on any body part or joint

I have to admit I was skeptical of any Red Light Therapy device when I first heard of them. I suffer with a knee injury and also neck pain from a car accident a few years ago. But having recently tried it I find that it does in fact work to relieve pain and swelling. I wanted something that wasn't specific to one body part so I ordered the Kineon Store Move+ Pro Portable Red LED Light Therapy Device because it has 3 emmitters on a strap that can be stretched across an area like the upper or lower back or buckled around a joint. The 3 emitters are turned on by a single power button and has a timer in case you doze off using it. The batteries in each emitter are rechargeable and it comes with a charge cradle and power cable for the cradle as well as a carry case and operating manual. It works great at relieving pain and swelling and I am forever sold on Red Light Therapy.
