Product went out on me after only using it a few times. I have tried to reach the company to see if they can warranty it out for me since I've had it less than a year but so far I am disappointed no response from REATHLETE LLC.******UPDATE they reached out to me with amazing customer service and are sending me a new machine. Great Company!!
Great product for the price. Been using it for a little over a year and had no issues with any parts leaking. Most Complaints are user error. It only gets as cold as the water you use. I like to put the bag in my garage freezer for a few hours to get a layer of ice then break it and drop the pump in. Pad is a little awkward to get in the right spot but ive learned that flipping it "upside down" works great to get the front of your knee and running tube behind your neck positions it perfectly for elbow use.
I am happy it registers my: weight, body fat, water weight etc… so many features.
It’s amazing, I was not expecting it to be this great because of the price, but we’ve had it for almost 3 years and it is still going as perfect as it was on day 1.Great for relaxing and combo with cold plunging, super easy to use, very light weight so you can take it literally anywhere.I recommend putting a towel under the chair to make it easier to clean.

I really like this product. It does what I wanted it to do in making me feel better. But the inside poles are so flimsy they keep coming apart.
I love this sauna. It gets too a nice temperature. Lightweight and doesn't take up too much space. The cons for me: the build up of water, which is expected and the Velcro on the neck portion doesn't work anymore but that small change. I've had mine for somewhere around a year. I still use it today. Sidenote: make sure you put a towel under the chair, the moisture build up is crazy.
Decent product if you don't have access to a sauna and plan to use it frequently, pretty good for fighters that need a cheap weight cutting option. Biggest problem is the water hose can easily pops off, which is a major hassle if you're zipped up, and all DANGEROUS because it's scalding hot water. You WILL burn yourself at some point. Not a deal breaker at all, but be warned.Feels flimsy, but sturdy enough. Recommend plenty of towels or some kind of barrier between it and the floor, or you'll eventually mess up the floor in a way not easy to fix.If you have access to a spa, that's obviously the better choice, but this is a solid choice for home use. You'll probably get 6 months to a year out of it if you use it several times a week.
Since I can’t have an actual sauna this was the next best thin for me.
Helps with the sore muscles and to relax a bit from the day. Easy set up and take down and can be stored in a smaller area.
My first PlayMakar product and I am impressed. Well made, nice and strong, many heads plus I was given a free roller head. Yay! Highly recommend.
Very easy to put together! It worked exactly how I hoped it would. In a large gym sauna it’s hard to breath and if you try to kill time with your phone it gets condensation and hard to see the screen. Not with this portable sauna! I loved the arm holes and I was able to rest my forearms on the center pole (not too sturdy but doable). It’s nice to be able to breath freely and have arms free. Keep a towel handy around your neck to keep from steam escaping and to wipe your face.
Works well, but isn’t the easiest to construct and it takes up a good bit of space.
I have been using this before bed every night and I sleep better. When my muscles are sore, it's like having a full body heating pad.Easy to assemble and use. Doesn't take up a lot of space.
Love this! Very easy to use right out of the box, just plug in the power cord. Good size for full body coverage. Immediate feel better after use. Body seems to be less achy. Eyes seem to be clearer. Very portable.

I had one knee replaced, and I still need the other replaced so I can use it for both. It does get shockingly cold, and it does help relieve the pain, but it would be a much better functioning unit if stayed on longer. I see it working for me for a very long time! Instead of using ice, I make ice in water bottles and recycle them when needed. That way I don't have to constantly empty water.
I like that this item is lightweight but the bag sweats. Definitely use a towel to catch the condensation. It is leak proof but I feel like this style would wear down quicker than more solid brands. It helps with pain and cools just fine. But isn’t insulated well. It’s easy to put together and works fine.

I really like using this sauna, there are just two thinks I would change. First, the chair is rusting at the screws causing a mess in the floor of the sauna. We are looking for another chair that is rust proof. Second, I wish there was a temperature control of some sort, like HIGH MEDIUM and LOW. There’s just an “on” option and the sauna gets too hot quickly.
At a glance, it appeared that I had made a good choice. It wasn’t until searching for instructions and warranty information that water came out of the machine. It had apparently been returned without indication that it had been used.
