You have 30 calendar days to return your item(s) from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s). Please read the following information regarding our Return Policy.
Returned item(s) must:
You must be issued an RMA number by PlayMakar Inc. Please call 833-752-9625 for further assistance. Upon setting up your RMA, an email with return instructions will be sent to you. Your item(s) must be received no later than 10 calendar days after the RMA has been issued.
Note: Your item(s) must arrive back to our office on or before the end of the 30thday after the original date of purchase. If the 30thday falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, your 30thday will be the next normal business day.
Note: All orders received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender upon receipt and may delay the return process.
Your device and package contents must be in the same condition you received it in. Refunds will be issued after all items have been deemed eligible by our Returns Department.
Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Failure to provide original packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% for eligible product(s) returned.
All shipment costs incurred to return product is not covered by PlayMakar Inc. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange orders.
Consumable Items:
Consumable items like electrode pads and other accessories are not eligible for refunds because items like these are only to be used by one person for hygienic purposes. All consumable items returned will be discarded immediately and a refund for the consumable items will not be issued. Dollar Pad Club Items:
Shipped orders will not be eligible for a refund unless approved by our company. Dollar Pad Club subscriptions must be canceled at least two business days prior to the next shipment. Exchanged Items:In the event you return your order for a different model device or product, you will be required to pay the difference in price (if applicable) and all shipping fees (return shipment, new shipment, ect). SORSOAP makes selfcare simple. Here is how.
Step 1
Open and hang SORSOAP massage bar on supplied suction cup holder.
Step 2
Wet body, wet SORSOAP slightly. Stand in back of shower away from spray
Step 3
Hold SORSOAP on an angle, you can put your fingers through the opening or wrap them around the bar. There is no wrong way to hold it.
Step 4
Gently scrape your sore spots, your muscles, tendons and fascia. The lather will build up while you do.
Step 5
Let lather sit on skin for 30-40 seconds then rinse your body. Lastly rinse SORSOAP and hang up to dry.

How do I get my bar to last as long as possible?
Hang it up on the supplied holder away from moisture. If the holder doesn't stick to your shower wall hang the holder on a mirror or a window. If you need to hang the bar on a hook or over a shampoo pump. DO NOT STORE it in the sisal soap bag. That is for when the bar's lifespan is near completion take the small piece or pieces and throw them in the bag, open a new bar and use the bag to wash and exfoliate. No wasting the goodness.
Is SORSOAP vegan?
Yes the glycerin we use in SORSOAP is plant derived.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we are proud to be a cruelty-free company. We do not conduct any animal testing on our products, and we ensure that our ingredients are sourced ethically and responsibly.
Can I use SORSOAP on my face?
Yes. Many people do. They use it like a Gua Sha tool. Some people also love using it to massage their faces before a shave and they also use the all-natural lather instead of shaving cream. The menthol cools as an after shave as well. Just like any soap, avoid getting it in your eyes. If you are allergic to any of our ingredients, I would avoid it altogether.
